Hey Natty,
What are the exact dates of your tour? Are you leaving Australia on May 28th? (so May 28-June 23)or is that when your tour leaves London (I.e. Leaves London May 28 and ends in E'Dame June 21--> the tour with the guranteed departure date)?
If its the latter there is already a forum started (It's entitled start date is May 26-- as in the day you leave home) that you can write under to meet people!

There is actually another forum that was started before this that we are all posting in (I think it says a start date of May 26 but that is because Katie is leaving Canada on the 26th, the tour starts on the 28th). So check out it!

Sorry to clarify, Katie is Kate Alger who started the other forum entitled "Anyone Going May26th 2007! European Escapade?" which is actually the same tour you and I are on
The reason it says May 26th is because in the Contiki brochures we get there is a "fly and tour opition" (it's for if you are booking a flight as well with them), which says this tour starts on the 26th...however that means you leave your country on the 26th, arrive in London, and start the actual land tour on May 28th (I know confusing, especially if like me you didn't book your plane trip through contiki).
The tour itself is advertised as a 27 day tour b/c it includes these two days of travel from your home country (hence the May 26th date), which is a bit misleading because it REALLY doesn't start until "day 3" when you leave London for Paris on May 28th...
Does that make sense now? I've asked Katie to change the name of her forum for clarification to "Leave London May 28th", I think there are about three different forums for this start date out there (and I was the first and actually deleted mine to prevent confusion) so it would be great to get everyone on the same one if possible!
Ugh, anyway what part of Australia are you from? If you get a chance, check out and respond in the other forum (the one labeled May 26th right now) there are two other girls besides me on it. Natty (also from Australia) and Katie (from Canada)
