was wondering if anyone is going on the european escapade tour starting on june 1st 2008.... i am on my own and would love to know of some people going... getting excited now!

also can someonegive me advice on the best way to take money... t.cheques, cash cards etc ???

What country are you in?

If you are in Australia you can get a travelex or a travellers card from most banks you top it up with your own cash & the bank will convert it to the currency you want. The card has a pin & can be used for atm cash withdrawals. That is one option. Credit cards normally carry a conversion fee of around 2%or more of the purchase price so I would only use it in an emergency. Other than that you can get a visa debit card from most banks & some of them carry no fees for overseas transactions. There are a lot of options available.
