Anyone else going on this date? I'm a 30 year old (I hate typing that!) I'm a 30 year old 'girl' from Adelaide Australia. This is my second Contiki trip, I did European Vista 2 years ago. Would love to hear from anyone on the same tour as me.

Hi, I'm also going on this trip. I'm a 28yr old girl living in the UK. This is also my second Contiki trip. I did the Australian trip a few years back and loved it. I'm looking forward to this trip.  

Hi Van, good to see there will be someone else on the trip around my age. Seems that quite a few of the people doing this trip are 'second timers'.

Yes, it's nice to know that these trips are so good that we want to go again and again! What type of currency are you thinking of taking? I don't know whether to take traveller's cheques, euros, local currencies or credit cards. What is your suggestion on this?

Hi, I am also going on this trip. I am a 31 year old girl from the Netherlands and this is my third contiki trip. Two years ago I did  European Discovery and it was really great.

Hi! Im going on this trip too. Although im feeling like a baby, im only 20!! And this will be my first tour!! Im a bit worried, as im going by myself, but im really looking forward to it. Cant wait!

It's nice to hear that you are also going on this trip. My experience is that you are having a great time so don't worry!
Age doesn't matter we are going to have a wonderfull time with all travellers and also see beautifull places in Europe.

Hello everyone going on the Eastern Road trip on the 27-08-06

I am from Victoria Australia and looking forward to meeting you all and traveling together. This will be my 6th and probably my final Contiki tour, from now on it will have to be Antiki I think. I will have been traveling for about 1 month before we meet in Berlin.

Im going to be in europe visiting family for about a month before the tour, so im arriving in Berlin on the day of the tour. I was told by my travel agent that we can get into the hotel in the early afternoon, so il probably try to get there early, dump my stuff and explore before dinner.
Have any of you been to Berlin before?

I am going on that trip too- I am from Canada. I am going with a friend( her name is Nancy). I am 27 and she is 28.
I did a Contiki Tour last September- Southern Ireland-it was wonderful...one of the best thing I have done. Can't wait to be in Berlin on Aug 26. I am counting the days....

Does anyone know how many people will be on this trip? It appears to be that most people are arriving on the morning of the 27th. Any suggestion for what to do in the afternoon??? (Beside being jetlag and sleeping more).
