Hi everyone, it is a bit early but was just seeing if anyone has booked onto this trip yet! My old school friend has decided to get married and moved to australia years ago so decided to do some traveling beforehand.

Im a 24year old male from England going at it solo. Im flying into Cairns 10day before the trip and staying in Sydney a month or so after (not sure where yet tho hehe) Im really looking forward to this trip, heard so many good things about it.

I am signed up for the same tour but in February, 2010. I would love to here about it after you go though, like the things to do and not to do! I am planning on staying in Sydney for a while after my tour ends (with some friends I meet on my NZ trip with contiki) and they have given me a list of a few places to visit:

-Harbour Bridge Opera House (think thats on the tour already though)
-Blue Mountains
-Taronga Zoo
-Manly Beach
-Sydney Aquarium
-Bridge Climb

I would be more than happy to let you know how the trip goes for me and share my experiences on the do's and dont's! Pretty sure there will be more do's, hehe. Unfortunately this trip date has actually been cancelled now but contiki have put me onto a later date. Same trip but starts on the 17th Oct. Just means i have more time in Cairns and a little less in Sydney.

Yes i would definitely like to visit and see the places you have listed. Just sooo much to do and very little time to do it in before I fly to Adelaide for my mates wedding.
