Hi, I just signed up for this tour aswell. I'm Gabriela and also from the UK just outside London and also my first time to oz and travelling solo When are you arriving in Sydney?

I am going solo too! I'm from Oregon in the US, I'm leaving Thursday night the 3rd. I haven't gotten a packet of information yet, but how are you guys planning on getting from the airport to where we need to meet with the tour people?

Well I arrive in Sydney on the 1st dec so im not coming straight from the airport, but apparently you can request a shuttle service or you can get the train to Kings Cross Station which is right next to the hotel. Because we have to meet so early in the morning im just staying the night at a hostel down the road from the meeting point to get as much time in bed as possible

Hi everyone, great to see people on here. Well I'm in the process off booking my flights. I'm aiming to get to Sydney on around 3rd/4th Dec so I will have a couple of days to catch up on my sleep after that long journey and prepare for our tour! I didn't manage to pre-book the accommodation at the starting place (Holiday Inn Potts Point) so I'm going to look for somewhere to stay before hand. Not sure where yet though!

Hello everyone, Im staying at the 'Original Backpackers Hostel' on the 5th which is on Victoria Street the same one where we meet on the 6th. But staying in Bondi beach for a few nights before. Im so excited!
Ive booked a PADI diving course in Cairns from the 21-25th and think im going to spend new years in Surfers Paradise as its supposed to be a good party there. What are you guys all planning to do? Gabriela x

Hi Gabriella, good place to do PADI course, very jealous, but I am flying back to Sydney for Xmas and NYE, will be staying at the Rock YHA first then Bondi but back to the harbour for NYE for a party!
