I'm from Port Macquarie, NSW, on the coast sorta half way between Brissie and Syd. I too was so excited to see this post! I was going to create one but not for a while, cos i didnt think id find anyone! lol. Oh and bron, yes ill definelty be up for some fun, im so incredibly excited for this trip! Well, don't stress if you're going solo Simone...I'm scared ****less bout going by myself but I've been assured it's really easy to meet people and they even become some of the best friends you'll ever have! Yeah I have booked and paid for everything and am so so excited, so I thought I'd put the post up and see if anyone replied. My family used to go to Port Macquarie on holidays when I was little...nice!
Wow, thats a really small world that you use to come to port on holidays lol. Im hopefully booking this week, im a 100% definite about going but. Im planning a week or so in london before, then the contiki then my bestie lives in austria so im spending three weeks-month with her afterwards and my friend will fly home after the contiki. I read you'll be in thailand beforehand, how exciting =] Its going to be so good =] We'll freeze but how awesome will europe be in winter! =]

Very exicted to see everyone is as excited as me and leah!!!(my friend)!! And yeah she is very lucky to have contiki for her bday it will be AWESOME fun-although very freezing cold
Oh this is too good, I'm getting way more excited now!!!! Yeah I'm on facebook...make a group for us, that'd be awesome! Yeah I'm going to Thailand for New Years with a few girldfriends, then they're flying home on the 5th of January and I'm flying straight to London, so I'll be there 4 or 5 days before Contiki too...we should catch up early Simone! What are you going to do in London before tour? My brother and his wife went on Contiki in the middle of winter and said it was soooo cold, they felt sick (can't wait for that!!) but they said it was absolutely beautiful, and their photos prove it! My sister and her fiance went at the start of one winter and they loved it too. I'm sure we'll have a blast, just have to make sure we rug up!!!
Oh yeah, and let us know when the facebook group is up and running. I just searched for it but couldn't find it. Hope we get lots of others to join us....Simone, Bron and Jayne...who wouldn't want to join!!
I'll start a facebook group tonight =] We're planning on doing all the sights in london, plus like a trip to stonehenge and bath. I go to New Zealand for ski trips every second year and i absolutely LOVE winter, i cant' even imagine what a european winter would be like, im so excited =] Anyway im on my lunch break so ill post the link for the facebook group tonight (if i can work out how to do it) lol.
