We are going on the same tour.
It's great to finally meet someone else who is going on the 21st of jan. We started a post some months ago and haven't had any replies. We were beginning to think we might be the only ones on this tour.
Have you been told by your travel agent if the tour is guarantied yet. I was going to contact Contiki this week to check.

I havent heard if its guaranteed but i know there were def others booked when i booked just 2 weeks ago.
Where are you guys from? i'm from Melbourne and doing the whole lets travel overseas by myself thing.. Its great to hear someone else is going on this tour. Icant wait!!!

We're from Sydney, but have family who live in Melbourne. We are heading off for a 8 week around the world trip. We are totally pump and can't wait too.
I'm a bit worried that we're going to be the oldies on tour. Anyway, it wont matter as we were going so we can see the world and meet others.
We are spending some time in London pre trip. When are you arriving in London?

Wow an 8 week trip around the world thats awesome- makes my 4 week trip look small and insignificant!
I am getting into London on the 19th and catching up with some mates. But i am staying at the royal national (contiki hotel!) on the night of the 20th. I'll be the one standing by myself with no friends!!!! hahahahaha where are you guys staying beforehand.

We are hoping to stay with friends for a few nights in London but are booked in the the royal national on the 20th too. Hopefully we might meet before the pre-contiki meeting, that away you won't be the one standing by yourself.
Have you got your contiki documents yet! We are still waiting.
