My travel guide pointed out there is a pre-departure meeting held in the London Coffee at 6pm the night before the tour (page 18 of your contiki book). Apparently it just saves the hassles of collecting details the follow morning and allows for am earlier getaway.
I'm tending to think I might see if I can book into the Royal National the night before to make for less stress the following morning.

Hey, Yeh no worries!... Oh sweet well i suppose we will be at the meeting the night before!!  I think we meet pretty early in the morning so thats why we thought to stay there.. have no idea how to get there from the airport seeing as we arrive from aus the day b4 the tour! i hope taxi's no where it is... We have never been to europe before so we cant wait to get amongst it! Were 28 and 29yrs old and have been married forever lol. Hi, I'm Sara. I'm from British Columbia, Canada and I just turned 24. I've been to both England and France and I'm really excited to visit the places I saw in the past and so, so excited to visit the places I've never been before.
I'm arriving in England about 5 days before the tour begins and staying with family (doing my duty) and will be heading down to London on the Sunday.
I'm kind of worried because I haven't gotten my Contiki wallet and when I called they hadn't even sent it yet! That sucks because I leave in 12 days!
Have any other Canadian received their documents yet?
