I arrive in on the 29th of June, so get a week in London to see a few sights.

Hi, I'm arriving not long before the tour starts but spending a few days in London after the tour and then going to visit a friend in Holland for a few days before going home. Have you booked all your flights and before and after accomm?

Flights are booked

But accom not yet, as I may have to go to work meetings in that week, so will have to wait and see which part of London I am going to need to stay in.

I work in the online Hotel industry so booking hotels is not a problem for me

Where are you planning on staying in London?
And how long will you be there for, maybe we can catch up there for a beer or two before the tour starts.

Are you traveling by yourself?

Hi, no am travelling with my sister. Not sure whether to stay at the Royal National after the tour or go somewhere else. Do you think you'll stay at Royal National before the tour?

NO I am not staying at the royal national, I am going to try and get a 4 star in the centre.

I might stay at the Royal on the night before the tour so as not to travel too far before the trip.

One of the things that I have learned about London from working in travel is that a 3 star in London is equivalent to a 2 star here.

so when do you actually arive in London?

Should be arriving on the 4th in the afternoon.

I would say that we are pretty OK with numbers otherwise you would expect them to notify us soon.

I just found out that it is guaranteed trip so I think that means that there are at least 25 people

so it looks like it will be a good group
