We've booked 6 spots on this tour...since the December 8th one got cancelled!!

It was such a hassle to make all the changes, hopefully we've locked it in now.

Hey Zoef and kbuddy!

I'm going on this tour too, yay Big Grin I'm from Sydney also.

Seems like great minds think alike...I'm going to London beforehand too, but for 7 days. Where are you guys staying in London? I'm trying to find a nice central hostel. Would love to hear about the bus tour too.

You guys thinking of going around London - like Windsor/Stonehenge/Bath/Oxford etc?

Cheers
Joy

I'm staying at the Royal National Hotel...6 of us, so 2 triple share rooms.

We chose it cos it's most convenient and we don't want to travel to the hotel on the morning of our tour in freezing London winter weather.

We are staying at the Royal National the night before and after the tour as well.

We are staying up the road at another hotel for the other 4days befoe the tour.

WEIEVNA-
The bus tour isn't really as a tour more of a package that includes passes to tourist spots and passes for the hop on hop off bus. You can do what you like whenever you like.

7 weeks to go!!

You guys are smart for staying at the Royal National! I only recently decided on going on the tour so I'm stuck with accommodation which is miles away since I'm sharing with friends. Good luck to me in waking up at 6 am! :P

By the bus tour do you mean the London Pass with transport included?

Hey Emma!

Great to meet more people on the tour. Big Grin

Are you going with friends or alone? I'm staying somewhere near Kensington too I think, but a bit further north and I arrive on Dec 8.

Zoef: that package sounds cool! Do you have a link to the information or anything?

Cheers

Hi Weievna!

I'm travelling by myself - scary but exciting for my first big trip overseas! How about you?

I'm arriving on December 6th and will just be playing it by ear what i do in london. Lots of sightseeing and I'll hit the westend at some stage too - I'm booked in to see mary poppins haha. Should be fun - I've got some friends and family there so I'll catch up with them.

During the trip i've put down to twin share and it will be great to meet heaps of new people. I thought there'd be loads from overseas but it seems it's a lot of aussies! Anyone else from Melbourne?? And what is the general age of everyone - I'm 19 and in my first year studying speech pathology at uni! Speaking of which, I'd better get back to the study - I keep getting distracted!

Spk soon!

How cool! I'm 19 too and I'm travelling alone. I'm also scared, but more excited. It's my first big trip overseas too (well by myself).

We should meet up in London. I'm on my own from Dec 8 to Dec 11, and then 2 of my friends arrive so we've made some plans for what we'll do on those days. We're going to see Phantom of the Opera so we'll have to compare the quality of the shows. :P

I should get back to studying too...exams very soon! argh. (I'm in my 2nd year of doing commerce) Good luck with your studies.
