a girlfreind and i are doing the vista on the 6th of sept aswell, we are really excited. my name is chloe and i come from a small town in WA called Dongara, if you havnt heard of it it is a small fishing farming town 400km north of perth. there is another post fearther down and if you go onto that you can meet the other people who are doing the tour, mouley from QLD, alison from NSW and bela also from QLD most of which have mates coming with them.

let us know when you flying in cos were all catching up for drinks the night before the tour

its so good to see that there will be another fellow west aussie, its kinda funny though well be going all the way to london and europe and we only live 1 1/2 hours apart. if your ever up in dongara and you get time pop into the pharmacy.

ha i know hey,it's so spun out. i guess your somehow involved in the crayfishing industry too? im a deckie out of jurien and perth! it's great we share the same small coastal town background. any chance you know of the cockmans up there? they are my cousin's. both are crayfisherman... so when do you fly into london? my sister and i fly in on the 1st of august and are staying at the royal national till the tour departs!!

hey what a spin out one of my good mates works for geoff and i know both bruce and geoff and there families, my dad was a crayfisherman he work out of fresh water and did the islands, he got out of a couple of years ago. but i still have alot to do with the fishing as alot of my good mates are deckies and 2 of them have there own boats (the bass sons clay and damo)

well my girlfrien kerry and i fly into london on the 5th of september and we are staying at the national aswell, but when we get back from the tour we will have 5 days before we fly back out. hey but if you ever get up here stop in cos it would be good to catch p before we get there. i still cant believe it its such a spin out,

Hi All,

Great to see somemore fellow tour mates! Im Alison, and im from Sydney (oh god it I sound like I am at an AA meeting or something heheh) So my friend and I will be going on the tour. I arrive in London on the 3rd. After the trip I will spend another 2 weeks in the UK. Will visit my sister in Manchester and hopefull get to visit scotland...haven't decided yet.

Can't wait to meet all of you

ha ha yeh i used to work out of freshwater about 5-6 years ago. i prolly fished alongside your dad at some stage.

im flying over to denmark on the 27th of august with my sister then arriving in london on the 1st of sept. i'll be in london post tour for 2-3 days then heading to spain and scotland for a month.

ha i heard there may be pre tour drinks in london somewhere chloe. any idea of where. im not sure if i'll be heading to geraldton in the near future but if i do i'll stop in dongara on my way up and say hello

We have more peoples in our group!! welcome aboard Jed and Nerissa!

My name's Brendan (can call me Mouley), i'm from Ingham in North Queensland. It's a sugar cane community about an hour's drive north of Townsville. Plenty of West Aussies on this Tour..the more people the merrier!

I'll be flying into London on 3 Sept, staying at the Royal National as well. Seems like everyone is staying there, which is handy! Spending a week afterwards, check out the sights around the joint.

My weekend was pretty hectic - out friday and saturday night! Good times were had by all involved ha ha ha!!

well at the moment im not sure were the pre tour drinks will be but aparently there is a pub next to the royal national which my girlfriend who did contiki last year said it was a great pub. but kerry and i fly into london ealry mornig on the 5th at about 6ish so maybe we could all get together during the day cos aparently we have a meeting in the basement the night before we leave so it might be best during the day.

i still cant believe i know your cousins and you probably would know my dad cos he fished down there for 10 or so years.

my girlfriend and i were thinking of taking a trip down to her dads shack sometime soon before i go which is close to jurien if we do ill left you know

Hi all,

Yes chloe my weekend was good. Once again It was another quiet one. Went to the movies on Saturday and then just out to breakfast with mates on Sunday. Work has been extremely hectic as well, so by the time the weekend comes I am just ready to chill.. Can't wait till our holidays though. I need it.

Hi All,

As you can tell, with the amount of time between posts, that i've been fairly busy. Been working late days, away on weekends, then back at work again. It's been busy, but fun at the same time! Had a fairly quiet weekend just gone - half the time at my girlfriend's house, the other half at home here. Was meant to have a hit of golf with co-workers this morning, but the weather decided today wasn't going to happen lol! So it's been a case of lazing around at home, doing sweet f*** all! lol!!

So glad everyone is keeping in touch. Err Can't believe how quick time is going. Yikes i get nervous thinking about it.
Yeah the week has been good working at the Nab then had to work on saturday at a club. (Barmaid) Abit hectic actually.
Can't wait for this weeknd. Going paintballing on saturday that will be good. I'll probably walk out with heaps of bruises
Less than 21 weeks to go. Have fun this weekend.
