No i'm from across the ditch, I live in Auckland, New Zealand.

Yeah its awesome how we can meet people before hand, especially if your travelling alone, it makes it much easier knowing people kind of before hand right.

When do you guys land in London, i'm thinking i might do the Check out London tour also, I land on the 24th and am staying at the Royal National Hotel, Maybe we could all meet up before hand and do a little sightseeing in London.

This is our first Contiki.. I swear we are soo going to get lost and miss the bus, plane or ferry, we are so bad with directions, so im hoping you guys are on the ball, and can read a map when needed..lol

Jess and I will be landing 23 March and staying in the Royal National also, the London tour sounds like a cool option.. will definently have to look into it!

Jess and I are from Shellharbour Lozy... do you know where that is? Its like 20 min South of Wollongong.
How about you, where abouts in the Central Coast are you from?

Hey Megs,

Ever since i've booked my ticket, i've been glued to this website, always reading up on advice etc.. I'm 22, i'll be turning 23 on our tour so the 6th of April will have to be a big night for sure, not sure where we'll be but all i know is that it'll be a big night and maybe one we won't remember...

In regards to directions etc, i wouldn't say i'm great with the map...so i'm not much help there but i'm pretty much always on time so i'll have something to contribute.

Can't wait and look forward to getting to know you all better.

Ive been studying all night so im not sure if my brains still working but im thinking your birthday will be in Vienna... So I'll be taking sightseeing off the itinerary and putting Virans Birthay bash..lol

Jess is also an on-timer like yourself so hopefully you will both be a positive influence on me.

So what do you do Viran...work / study / play?

Jess and I both work in the same company, so were contantly on the phone on a hard day reminding each other to soldier on, cause soon we will be partying on Contiki.

Good to hear from you again...Yea i really look forward to celebrating my Bday Contiki Style...I work as an Account Manager for a Office Supplies Company, i've been there for about a year and a bit now, its going pretty well but always counting down the days till i leave for my big O.E, I'm actually going to Germany for a couple of weeks before our contiki, and after the contiki i will base my self in London for a while, if everything goes well hopefully i'll be able to spend a year or two over there, so i'm pretty much saving every penny that i can. Although finding it very hard on the weekends though, a party always seems to come up and just can't seem to say NO..oh well.

How about yourself, what do you do? Are you and Jess planning on staying in London for a little while after the trip?

Not sure if your much of a League Fan, but so looking forward to the final tonight, should be a good game..

I was originally booked on the 19th March 07 trip...but we decided to change our date to 26th March 07 instead...so guess we'll be on the same trip as well..

V we are gonna make your birthday the best one to date (i hope). Not many people can say that they spent their b'day on the other side of the world with people they had only just met!
I got to watch the game on sunday rom te comfort of my local pub. I was going for Brizzy but i have to admit i was born and bred a wooden spoon supporter (go the bunnies).
Yeah i know where Shellharbour is but i can't say i've ever been there...

How do you guys think the weather's going to be like in Europe during our trip? Planning to go shopping for lugguge and jackets soon but not sure which type to get. Since it's hot summer all round the year here in Singapore, so I'm worried that I may not be able to take the cold weather well.

Nice to meet you all My name's browny, my mate Brad and I are booked for the same trip as you guys which is gunna be so awesome! You guys all sound about as excited as us I can't wait to go, March can not come around soon enough!
Like you guys we are staying at The Royal National Hotel but at the moment we are only booked for the 25th and the 15th of April which is the night we get back. If possible we should try and catch up at least the night before for a few quiet drinks to get introduced to everyone so by the time we go on tour some of us would have already met which would be great.
Good to see people from all ldifferent places, New Zealand, Singapore, Wollongong way and central coast, Brad and I are from Newcastle.
