I will be at the Imperial Hotel, which from my understanding is just down the street/block.

I chose to stay at the Royal National cus thats where contiki takes off from, they are twin share rooms. I think the imperial where Joyce is staying is private accommodation and thats just down the street.

Hey guys,

I chose the Imperial because the Contiki rep said it was supposedly 'slightly better', but rooms are also based on twin share. You can do private accommodation for an additional cost. The difference being that RN has the contiki basement, but the Imperial is just down the block.

Let me know if you are planning on meeting and when. I arrive on Saturday the 5th around 4pm. Do you have anything in mind in terms of sightseeing? Or how about dinner and drinks?

I will have a phone with me in order to get in touch.

All, I'm thinking the Pavilion Restaurant/South Side bar/lounge, located inside the RN hotel may be the best option. The lobby and contiki basement will be over-crowded with people checking in to the hotel/tour. According to expedia, you can get an idea of what the bar/restaurant looks like by the pics on this site:

Of course, if there are any better suggestions, I am definitely open to them!

My intention is to hopefully do the hop on/off bus and tour the city. I havent prepared an official itinerary yet, but plan to do so tonight or tomorrow night before I leave for my Croatia Sailing tour the 26th - this wednesday.
