hey everyone! I'm new to the site and to Contiki. I'm looking into the Reverse Aussie Explorer trip this summer with a 3-day extension in Sydney. Any thoughts/opinions??

It all depends what you want really. From the itinery it looks good, you dont have to worry about accomodation or planning your route and you get to travel with a bunch of people. I am travelling solo so am hoping to meet plenty of people to hang out with. I have had friends that have done contiki and they have all said that it was amazing! I am planning my trip at the moment, just finalising dates. It looks like I will be doing the one on 16th July from darwin. I cant wait for the summer!

thanks! I met with a travel agent and now we're finalizing the details. I'm hopefully going June 15-July 13 and staying an extra week in sydney. looks like we'll just be missing each other! I don't know anyone who as done these tours, but there's a first time for everything. good luck with your planning!
