I'm so glad that someone has replied to this, i was starting to think that I was the only person going on the tour in May! This will be my first time travelling alone too, which im nervous about but cant wait! How old are you and where are you from? I'm 19 (will be 20 when the tour starts) and I'm from Essex in the UK.

I am 23. I am from the State Of Missouri in the USA. I am also a bit nervous about the trip, but am very excited. I am going to be away from home for 10 weeks!

If you use facebook at all there is a group for our contiki tour on there and there are 5 of us that have joined so far.

10 weeks is a long time, are you going to be carrying on travelling in Australia after the tour?

Yep im staying in the hotel the night before...does anyone know what time we can check in at the hotel? I arrive in sydney at 5.30 am!!! hoping i dont have to carry my suitcase around with me all day!!

i just booked on tis tour 3 days ago...yeh, i no - slightly disorganised! lol. just wondering if nyone was stayin a while in darwin afterwards? i havent made any plans, just figured i would wing it...is anyone else doing this?
