hey!! yeah, it starts the June 18th. I'm from the US, so my trip technically starts the 15th when I leave here haha. I'm not doing the Whitsundays option. :/ Are you excited??
Once the trip is over, I'm staying an week in Sydney. Wish I had some time to get out to Melbourne tho!

Hey!! awesome, june 18 is getting so close!! I'm Cass n I'm 20 and from Australia btw. Just nowhere near as nice as the spots we're going to ... the cold part lol.
I'm so nervous, going by myself n I've never been further north in Australia than Brisbane! Looking forward to getting a tan in the middle of winter though. the weather looks great in Darwin and Alice right now too. I think it's been in the 30s in Darwin all last week! Lets hope it stays that way!

i heard u can just add the whitsundays option later if there's seats available. i'm not sure though, i think i'd rather stay on land and not get sea sick! n yeah I might stay a bit longer in sydney at the end, depends what work says. Would love to party it up while I can!! If you can make it to Melb at all though give it a go, we're the 'culture capital' lol :S

2 weeks until I'm finally on my way! I've been planning a trip to OZ for almost two years so I'm more than excited to finally get there.

I think I might skip the Whitsundays option, that whole sea-sickness thing lol but I might just do a day sail. I saw that option, too. I understand partying while we can -- I start my "real world" job in September, so this is the chance to really let loose!

Think I could get a good view of Melb in one day/night? I don't have alot of time before I head back to the states, but my cousin worked there for a few months and said it's definitely worth the trip.

It was great to hear that you're going!!! I feel like everyone else is doing the tour from Sydney to Darwin, but I'm glad I finally met someone who isn't! hahah
