Awesome!! You'll be on the same tour as me then! I'm planning on doing as many optionals as I can, but obviously some will overlap and I won't be able to do them all. I haven't looked too closely at the list yet, but definitely want to learn to surf at some point, probably bungee jump and/or sky dive, but I may do those in New Zealand. Barrier Reef Cruise and Whitsunday's day sail both sound great. Wow... I'm just looking at the list again now... I didn't realize how long it was! Lol, definitely going to have to take another look... so many options! Haha.

I'll be travelling alone too. I did it for Europe and I still had a blast!!

For those of us who are going on the Jan 23rd/24th Aussie Explorer from Sydney to Darwin... are you guys leaving Darwin on Feb 18th (the day after our tour ends)? Or are you staying an extra day or two? Our tour technically ends on Feb 17th at 6 pm, so I'm not sure if I want to leave the next day, or give myself an extra day, or what. Let me know what you guys are planning on doing!

I will be travelling alone and looks like there are a bunch of solo Canadians that I will have to hang out with !
Are you guys booked and I think i will probally get ther ea few days before the trip starts to adjust to the time difference and stay a few days after.. do you guys have a similiar plan?

The last time I checked, the Sydney to Darwin Aussie Explorer in January is full . You may want to confirm that, but I'm pretty sure of it. I hope it isn't, for your sake!

weird.. it says it is still available... its the regular aussie explorer (not reverse or any sailing options) that starts on jan 24 that I am looking into..
are you booked for a different one?

Oh! I just looked... some spots must have opened up since I last looked! That's awesome! Book soon Hopefully I'll see you on tour! I haven't decided yet whether I want to stay in Darwin for a couple of days after tour. I have to be back in Gold Coast, Australia (near Surfer's Paradise) by Feb 20, since I'll be going to school there for a term. I'm not sure whether I want to stay in Darwin for a couple extra days or just head back to Brisbane/Gold Coast. I'm torn!
