I'm currently planning on going on the Aussie Explorer, definitely doing it the Darwin-Sydney route, and most likely planning on the Sep 12 trip... yet to confirm it though!

Where abouts are you all from?

I'm from Melbourne, but the trip seems a really good way of seeing some of the country that I've never seen before. Bit nervous about being an aussie on an Australian tour though!

I chose the Darwin-Sydney route because it is a few dollars cheaper and I just get the same from the tour. I am planning to stay a few days in Sydney and then head up to Darwin. It will give me a chance to get over the jet lag. Everyone I know who went on this tour raves about it!!!

I would highly recommend doing the tour Darwin to Sydney. I did the tour that way starting Feb 27. The Northern Territory is a great place to spend lots of time and get better acquainted with your tour mates before you get split apart on the east coast for your optionals.
