Hey! I'm going on the Aussie Expolorer in March 2008 - anyone else got any plans on going the same time??? And does anyone have any idea which way round is best to do the tour??? I'll be travelling for the first time and will be alone so to meet some people who are doing the same tour before I go will be great!

I'm planning to go on the Aussie Explorerer in March 2008 too. I want to go to the tourist agency and want to ask which direktion is the best.
If you want it to, I can tell you, what he says.

That will be so cool! I think ending up in Sydney is just an easy place to continue travelling with flights etc. But I am totally cool with either way - please keep me posted on what your travel agent says, that would be great thankyou - and I we will keep in touch until we meet!

Hey! I'm also doing the Aussie Explorer in March with the Whitsundays sailing. My tour starts on March 26th in Darwin I believe. I've heard from a few people that the reverse trip is better because it starts off a bit slower. That way you get to know the other people in your group better. Hope to see you two on the trip!

Drew is right, thats what my travel agent said, too.
I have to told you, that I don't book the Aussie Explorer Tour.
I've not so much holiday that I can do this long trip. I've decided to do the Beaches and Reefs tour and before that I want to go to Ayers Rock.

So, unfortunatelly, we can't meet each other, but I hope you'll enjoy your trip!
