I am interested on going on the "Beaches and Reefs" tour in Australia. However, I am wondering if you could tell me a little about the meals that are included in the tour. I am bit of a picky eater- my meals at home are pretty simple! Are the meals buffet style? OR Are the meals planned out ahead of time- for example, 3 course dinners? If the meals are planned, what kind of things are served from the menu? Do we get to choose what we eat? Well, thanks for your advice Jenn |

Hey,
I know the exact feeling, I'm also a picky eater. I went on the "reefs and rainforest" last july. I wouldn't worry because most meals aren't included so you get to choose for yourself what you want to eat. The only places where you don't have a choice is pretty much at the farmstay, but as long as you like roast beef and mashed potatoes you'll be fine. I thought this was the best meal of the trip because it is home made. Breakfasts that are included are usually buffet style, and you get a good selection. Breakfast is where I ate the most because there was alot of selection of fruits, bacon and all that. Along the way you have plenty of opportunities to go to the grocery stores, I would suggest picking up things that you like for the hotel, just in case you don't like anything. Hope that helps, Trina |
