Me, my husband and my little sister are doing 2-10 July 2008 trip. Very excited and can't wait to meet you all. We are from Perth and we are meeting relatives then going on the tour, then after the tour back to relatives for more fun.
It is great to hear that there are actually other people on the tour... I am from South Africa & I will be travelling alone. Also staying with family in London before and after the trip.
I am relieved to hear that there are other people too. We are so excited too and can't wait to finish work. It's nice to be able to chat like this, makes it a bit easier when we all meet up on the tour.
Yeah, being able to chat before is a really cool... I received my Contiki pack on the weekend and will be applying for my French Shengen visa on Friday. Less than a month till our trip and exactly 3 weeks until my leave!!
Look London and Europe because here we come!! The 2nd July is not far at all, and we actually start our trip next Sunday, so it's getting a bit exciting now. Is there anyhting we need to organise ourselves? We have pretty much left everything up to the Travel Agent. How did you go with your French visa?
I am really amped, I leave on the 25th! I managed to get the visa alright, so all I need to do now is pack my bag and get on a plane... I don't think we have to arrange anything in addition, I had to arrange a bunch of admin things to get my visa, but I don't think Ausies have a problem!
How old are you guys? I am 28... Surely there must be more ppl on this trip!?

Me and my twin sister are counting down the days till the 2nd of July!! We are both 20, it will be the third time we've been to Europe but last time we went was 8 years ago..so another trip is well overdue!!
Hey guys, I am so excited to hear that there are a few more people. I'm 29 (Lisa), Nick is 31 and Margs is 24. We can't wait to meet you all and I'm sure we'll have an excellent time. We fly out of Australia this Sunday and arrive in Rome on Monday, spending a week with our family before we meet up with you guys in London. Wishing you all a safe trip and see you soon xxx

My wife Hinal (29) and I (30) are coming on this tour as well. We're really excited about this trip and are looking to make new friends on the way.
I had posted a thread a short while back asking if anyone else is going on the June 30 - July 10th trip but no one responded. I joked w/ Hinal saying we must be the only 2 people going. This should be a great trip.
