Hello! I just booked my tour for the 11th of May. Is anyone else booked on this tour? I'm planning on travelling for a month or so after the tour let me know if your doing the same!

I just signed up for the May 11th Contrast tour, but I probably won't be traveling for a month afterwards   See you on the tour!

hey! Yep im booked in for the 11th May too.......not long to go now! I'm arriving in London a couple of days before and arriving a few days after the tour thou. Anyone staying at the Royal National Hotel? I'm travelling by myself so would be good to know who i might be sharing with too.....

I'm going to be in London early morning on the 10th and I'm thinking I'll see a bit of london before the tour leaves. I am stayin gat the Royal National for the night as well so maybe I'll see you there! less than a month to go! I'm way to excited already!

finally i have have found some fellow 11th may travellers for contrasts. thought i was the only one for awhile.



wont be travelling around europe afterwards but will be returning to work in London. am also travelling on my ace.



What are you guys doing about travelling with money? cash passport, travellers cheques or atm machines.



i cant wait for this, its going to be awesome .....



will be in london for awhile before we leave for the trip...

I was planning on having some travellers checks along with my credit card. 

I'm getting into London on May 10th, as well, but at 6:20 AM.  The trip doesn't leave until the 11th at some point after orientation.  Anyone want to meet up beforehand?  I have no idea where, but I'm sure we can all figure something out.

After looking at all the options i've decided to go with a cash passport. Most convienent and least fees i recon. But im taking my cc just incase!

It is good to hear from some people who are going on the same tour as me. I will be arriving a few days before the tour and staying at the grand royal.  I hope to catch up with a few of you guys before the trip starts, that would be awesome.

It will be nice to know a few people from different countries.I am looking forward to it even more know  that i  now i can communicate to a few of you guys before i even arrive.

I am arriving in London at 8am on the 10th..and I'm staying at the
Royal National Hotel. Maybe we could all meet up in the Contiki
Basement, and then travel around London together for the day?? What
time will everyone be arriving?? Is anyone from Canada flying out of
Toronto on the Tuesday night??

13 days! Can't wait! My flight gets into Hethro around 7:30 so I'm definetly interested in meeting so I don't just wander around London alone! I have a transfer to the hotel from the airport and then I really have no plans so I'm up for antying!

Can you guys give me an idea of how much stuff your taking? I hate packing!

5 more sleeps!!! I can't believe it... I'm getting so excited!

I'm having trouble packing as well.. I'm a terrible packer.. I'm afraid
to bring too much, but worried that I won't bring enough. Is anyone
bringing anything really nice/fancy.. or just outfits you can dress
up??



I am also taking the transfer from the airport to the hotel around
8am.. So I will be in the contiki basement after that... Hopefully we
can all find each other and tour around together for the day...

Not long now! I'm so excited... i got to London on Saturday morning and have been staying with some friends. We are going to be staying at the Royal National Hotel the night before as well.

I am just bringing a mix of everything. I have some nice clothes for when we go out to nice places but otherwise pretty casual stuff.

Well i will see you guys in only 2 days at the hotel.
