Wow.... so close to when i leave now!!!!
September 6th (or 8th) Euro Contrasts!!! One thing still has me worried, how much money will i need to survive but still have fun? What do you guys think? Any suggestions... other than "as much as possible" would be greatly appreciated. At the moment 4 thousand Euros sounds like alot but i'v never been past Australia (I'm from NZ) so i have no idea how far that amount will go. Can someone help me out, Thanks, Fraser. PS: where is everyone going after the tour? I have about 3 and a half weeks in England then 6 months in Canada working on a ski resort out of Vancouver. Anyone else have plans similar to mine?? Give me a bell and we'll synchronise watches.... or chat. nzintrepidcontiki@hotmail.com Cheers. |

Hi Fraser,
I am also a little concerned about the money matter. I'm from South Africa so the exchange rate is pretty bad. I am going on the Euro contrasts on Aug 9th. I'd day you will need about 40 -50 Euros a day to be ok. You just need money for souveniers, food, drinks, and maybe medical/ clothes. I'm getting back on Sept 6th and will be in the UK for two weeks but I think we'll miss eachohter. enjoy your trip take care, clare ginaangel@mweb.co.za |
