i think we're on the same trip...
i'm on the one leaving London on the 21st of June. I'm from Melbourne, and from what i can work out, the departure dates are listed as slightly different based on where you are leaving from. i know that australia's dates are usually a day or two behind nth america. so i guess that's whats happened here.
if thats the case, there's already a thread here for this trip called June 21, 2009. there's already a couple of us on there.

Hi Michelle! No worries about the name lol, I did just book my trip on Monday morning, I'm pretty stoked!! Definitely glad that I get to chat with everyone beforehand, it's kind of neat haha!

yeah, this will be my first contiki trip - but i know a few people who have done it and i've only heard good things!
as for how many people going - i'm not sure... its now listed as a def departure so there must be enough of us, but theres only about 5 of us on this forum, and there's another couple on the june 21st thread (same trip). hopefully a few more will say hi though!

I've heard lots of good things about contiki too so i'm definitely looking forward to it. How old is everyone (if you dont mind me asking, just curious) I'm 19, so this is probably the most exciting part of my life thus far haha!!

Yeah a lot of my friends have gone on contiki and had the best time. I have one friend that went last year and another 2 years ago on this exact trip. I saw their pictures and from that alone looks amazing!! Can't wait!!! I actually should ask them about the packing lol

Is anyone staying in London a couple days before? We arrive there at like 10 am and may go around town either by bus or metro. Haven't decided if we should go on the london eye yet.
