Just wondering whether anyone is booked on the European Contrasts tour for Jun 25th 08? I tried booking for the Jun 29th tour but its all booked out, so I'm considering doing this one. I'll be travelling alone and would like to get to know some other people before I go.

was going to book for the 29th but cant now since its booked full...25th seems the next appropiate date to go..will have to get on to booking this one before it books out as well...im travelling alone and will be 19...never been to europe before so am very nervous

Oh I'm really nervous too. My friend is going on the 29th but I missed out. I've decided I really want to go! Been searching through this site and I can't wait. I'm going to book asap! I'm 20 and also an Aussie... but I'm from Perth. Come with me : )

yeh im going to book this date in about 2 weeks, just got a few other things to pay off first...im going to be so pumped once its booked but ill have to work like crazy to save up heaps of money cos im gunna spend like crazy over there...too bad u missed out on going with your friend, i decided i wanted to go alone so that i didnt have to worry about pleasing anyone else or making sure i paid anyone enough attention, lol sounds silly but im doing this to meet ppl and see the world not hang out with my friends i see evry day of the week

I still have not booked my trip. I keep changing my mind on the dates. I am going to do the contrasts for sure but I am trying to work out the dates for meeting up with friends who live in Germany and another buddy who is living in London. Do you girls know if this date is guaranteed departure? I am going to book my airfare separately so I want to be sure the tour kicks off when it is supposed to. Thanks, peace.

JUST BOOKED!!! I am so amped on this trip. When I spoke to the rep at contiki he said that the trip is not a gauranteed departure yet, but it is a popular trip and once 25-30 people book the trip it will be a gauranteed. Are you girls planning on arriving in London early? I will be arriving 3 days early for a total of three 3 nights in London.

i am going to be arriving about a week early, but i am going to be spending some of that time in scotland, but yeh will prob do about the same as you 2-3 day/nights in london to do the sights and settle into the pace of europe life, never been overseas apart from australia(where i live now), new zealand(where i was born) and, norfolk island(where i grew up), so this is a big step for me but am going to live it up and enjoy every day!!!! yay now i just have to work my ass off to pay for it all...!!! tell me a bit about urself, my email is alanahjaine(at)hotmail.com

Hey there Lana and Jax. I'm from Ventura California. It is a mellow surf town about 40 miles north of LA on the beach. I am 24y/o I work for a promotion company and go to school full time. It's kind of a crazy schedule; but I love to travel so it’s worth it. Fortunately, I am able to work when I want so I can still get in snowboard trips and surf excursions here and there. Both of you have never been overseas before? I went to Europe last summer and have been planning and saving to go back since the day I left. The people, sights, food and culture are so amazing! We are going to have so many incredible experiences. I will be staying at the Royal National as well; I arrive the 22end or 21st. Let's hear a lil' more about you two.... -Nate
