Thanks for the replies.  Sorry I've taken so long to get back to you.  Super busy working right now trying to save up for our soon to be amazing adventure.  Question: you guys are saying September 20th but the only dates I see are up to the 18th.  Am I missing something?  Please fill me in...

well Cam and i booked out tour through a travel agent @ Coquitlam Centre Mall and he gave us the book that had all the tours contiki does, and we chose the one going on september 20th, maybe it is booked..?  hopefully not, but when i asked the agent he said that there were like 47 people on our trip, so maybe it is, which would be unfortunate because losing you would be like losing a neighbour!  Anyways i hope you can book it, but if not then try to get on another tour because europe is so beautiful and you need to see it at least once in your life...

Hello everyone! 

     I just booked European Contrast for Sept. 18,2006!! I am very excited to see so many people already posting about it.... I am actually backpacking for 3 months but thought it would be best to start off with a comprehensive tour of europe.  Is anyone doing the same??  
    I fly into Dublin on Sept 14 then head straight to Germany for Oktoberfest. I am meeting up with the tour in Paris.  After our tour ends in Amsterdam, I'm pretty much just checking out the continent until Dec. 10.  

Can't wait to meet everyone!

Wicked, my trip is all booked in! Can't wait I'm going to hang around in London for a couple of days before catching up with the tour (departing on the 20th).

Wow, nice to see I wont be alone on the tour. It sounds like it will be very full... cosy on the bus! This is my 2nd Contiki tour  and i hope it's as good as the first (in Oz).
I am also going on my own and a little nervous, and hope i'm not the oldest there (31). We will have a blast.
If anyone staying in London the 19th Sept where might you be staying? I think I will head down there the night before so could even meet up.
See you in September..... can't wait!

you might be the oldest...but i'll be the youngest! i'm only turning 18 the day before the tour! yeah i am staying in london beforehand. i arrive on the 18th sept and am staying at the royal national before the tour starts. i can't wait either!
