im taking my GHD, and one of my freidns are going to take a travel hairdryer! i got a neck pillow for smas so im going to take that. not sure whether im going to have a backpack or a like smaller shoulder bag thing.. not sure yet!
i have bought a microfibre towel, cause they are spose to be good cause they dry quick!

I'm getting the microfibre towel too since they are supposed to be really good. I have a GHD (my boyfriend bought me the purple one for XMAS...YAY!) but as its new i dont want to take it in case something happens to it.

I've bought some colorados im hoping to wear in to take with me but im also taking my converse sneakers, thongs and some black flats coz im pretty tall and I have never worn heels before. Same goes for going out shoes - i have a pair of those zip-up the back flat black ones. LOL.

Are you taking anything in case of a theme party? Im just wondering whether I should be bothered.

I'm not sure if I'm taking too much but I guess I will find out when I do a practise pack!

i dont know if I'm going to take anything for a theme night. I'm just going to wait and see what they tell us we need in our contiki pack that gets sent out before we leave! i'm hoping that will say if we should bring something for it!

how much spending money are you planning on taking over?

Oh there is sooo much to think of! I'm stressing already with the whole packing thing!
Someone told me to pack heaps of summer dresses because it's easier to have one dress than a shirt and shorts! But who knows..at least you can mix and match with shirts & shorts.
Also I was told that for some churches you have to have wear something that goes below the knee!

I think we are planning on taking about $3000 Aussie each with us. A lot of stuff we can share being a couple and all so food and stuff wont be as much some days. I'm hoping the exchange rate will improve as its about 0.51 at the moment. If it gets to 0.55 we are gonna buy I think - and we are planning to put it all on a Cash Passport.

I'm not much of a dress wearing girl so shorts are a must for me. We went hiking recently with my awesome new backpack and discovered we took too much stuff so I'm definately keeping my packing to the bare minimum.

14 WEEKS!!!

It is now just over 3 months until we fly out to Germany for the start of our trip before going on Contiki. I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself. In about a month and half our travel agent will be contacting us to organise our tickets and everything and this time is going so quickly already!

Just wodnering, Is anyone else taking stuff to give to people. We are taking abunch of Aussie souveniers to give to our friewnds in Germany but I dunno whether people will be taking things to swap between the tour group??

I really dont think it matters but i just want to do the right thing if others are going to.

Hey, we havent elected to do it as an extra and I thinkw e will just go to the nouvelle elle one. We are going to see it anyway as they are across the road from each other so we can take pics of the moulin rouge from the outside.
