Yeah im planning on staying in Europe for another couple of months after the tour, which should be great! Are you planning on working or just travelling around?

Nope, this is my first contiki tour! i'm so excited though! have you done one before?

I arrive in London 2 nights before the tour starts and am staying in the Royal National, yourself?

At least we know there's 4 of us on this trip! haha

This is my first contiki too! and first time to the UK / Europe!!

I arrive two nights before as well (05/09/2007), the first night I'm staying at a friends house and the night before the tour a hotel. Not sue which one yet!

The tour looks like it's filling up, which is good.

Hi Amanda,

Me and my mate (Eli) are from Brisbane, Australia.
I have a feeling there will be a fair few Aussies on this trip.
We're both 21 years old.
As for before the trip- we arrive in London on the 5th and stay at a mates house then the night before the trip we stay at that hotel.
And after the trip i'll be basing myself in London for a year or so before I backpack the rest of UK/Europe for 6 months or so.
I also hope to do a contiki in Canada before heading home but we'll see how I go financially.
Is there any particular country your looking forward to going in?
For me its Czech Republic. Don't know why that is.

That sounds great that you're going to be overseas for so long afterwards!
For some reason, i am also really looking forward to Czech Republic, and also don't know why!! It all sounds so great - will be heaps of fun!

Im also looking forward to the Czech Republic but also Paris,Venice ... Everything really.
Im also arriving on the 05/09/2007 and staying at a mates place the first night and a hotel the night before the tour. Not sure which hotel yet!!
Ill be in the UK 12 months, working and holidaying, I hope to go to America (LA) on the way back to New Zealand.
There is so much to organise.

Thats a weird coincidence that we all arrive on the same day with pretty much the same plans.
I guess a lot of people must do it this way.
One destination I forgot to mention I was excited about was Germany-OKTOBERFEST-the mother of all festivals.
How could have I forgot.
I've heard that its full on and you'll have no better time.
Anyway the reason I'm staying so long is that I graduate uni next week and then I'm just planning on getting out of here and going and getting a life for the next couple of years.
