I'm booked on this tour as well. This will be my 3rd Contiki, I went to Australia and the rest of Europe with them as well and had a great time. Should be a great trip. I wanted to do the Eastern Road trip which is pretty much the same as this one but includes Poland, but they're not sure if it will go ahead in the winter, and this one if filling up quickly so I went with this one. I'm a 27yr old Australian female who is currently living and working in England. Have booked myself onto this trip. Will be second Contiki in 5 months. Last one was fantastic so really looking forward to this one. Christmas in Prague should be fabulous - hopefully white too! Unfortunately, I won't be arriving in Berlin until 22nd December.

I called up Contiki to day to pay off my balance and they told me that we're staying at the Best Western in Berlin in an area called Spittelmarkt.

Thanks K, that's good to know. They say that the Contiki hotels are pretty far from the airports and it's better to get the underground to the hotel, but I found that a bit confusing last time I was in Germany!! Either that or an expensive cab ride!!

Only 6 weeks to go, have a feeling it's going to be a white Christmas, it's already frozen over in Dublin anyway
