Hi! Im just wondering if theres anyone there doing the Eastern Road tour departing 27th August? Im looking forward to it, but im a bit worried as im going all by my lonesome. I know that almost half of the people on the tours go by themselves, but its a bit daunting all the same!
Anyway, just thought id say hi and see who else there is...

Hey Jo,

I'm on this tour as well. I'm also traveling solo and really looking forward to the trip. I'm getting into Berlin the 27th morning from New York and will bum around the city for a few hours checking out the sites before heading over to the hotel. From all the other posts I've read, I don't think there'll be any problems making new friends on the trip and the whole tour bonding.

I just bought my plane ticket & booked the tour 2 days ago. (I know, it's kind of last minute). I've received my contiki package yesterday and my paper ticket suppose to arrive today. I'll land in Berlin on Aug 27th morning. I'll take Metro to the hotel, it seem Plaza hotel is very conveniently located.

I'm a solo traveler from California, turning mid 20s (I guess people tend to mistake me as a teenager or highschooler for some reason). I think there is another forum "Eastern Road" in the main forum menu two rows down!!!
