A friend and I are joining the Berlin to Budapest tour departing on Oct 27. Has anyone got any idea how much the total Entrance fee will cost? The small print said Entrance Fees are not included in the tour. Also, what is the standard daily rate, if this is a practice, for tipping the driver and tour guide?

Finally, can anyone tell me what is the weather in Central Europe during late Oct to Early Nov? Thank you!

The link below shows average temps for Prague, Czech Republic. For October you are looking
at avg high - 54°F , low - 39°F. I figure if you are walking around alot the temps probably wont be too bad. With layers, you will be fine.
