Hey AJ we booked our tour the saturday just gone (9th May) and our flight agent told us Contiki has said this particular tour and date is filling up really quickly. Hope you can find flights and you get in on time.

Hey AJ, Great to hear from you. I have so many questions that need answering, backpack or suitcase? do phones work? ru taking something to check emails? The list goes on. Cant wait though. Have you booked your flights? Im staying 2 nights before, and 3 nights after the tour in London. Andre
Snap, im also staying 2 days before and 3 days after in London, and yes have already booked flights through Singapore Airlines. Suitcase on wheels is my choice so i don't have to carry it, plus a small backpack or travel-bag to take on the plane/bus. Contiki have size restrictions so be carefull. I got my suitcase on wheels from Trims in the city. Phones work if you get Global Roaming before you leave, i recon an internet cafe is the go if you feel the need to check e-mails. Hope this helps! Hey Amanda and Andre. I can't believe we are all from Adelaide, it's such a small world after all. We are also heading into London 2 days before contiki starts. I have been there before but am so excited and a little nervous to be there again. A few people i spoke to who have done this trip before said, suitcases with wheels and an overnight bag for luggage is fine you will also want a small bag to carry during the day. you will have plenty of opportunities to check email and go online in internet cafes. with mobile either get international roaming or pick up a cheap prepaid sim over there. so excited only a little less than 4 months to go
Hey Amanda / Samandrob, This is all just working out nicely for the Adelaide team, lol. Im staying at the Royal National for 2 days prior, Im flying with Singapore Airlines, leaving Adelaide at 1pm on the 13th december. Are we all using the same travel agent? Thanks for the advice on the other stuff, Im thinking back pack with a detachable 'day pack' because carrying it dosent worry me so much. Im so glad we are going to know people, London is a big city to fly into alone. Hope to hear from you all. Adrian.
Hi Samandrob and Andre, Ditto staying at the Royal National Hotel. I believe we are on the same flight over Andre, leaving Adel 1pm on 13th dec. How cool, but i have to say such a coincidence. I booked everything online, i didn't go through a travel agent. Very excited, this will be my first time in Europe!
We are departing on the 12th flying with Cathay Air (how ever you spell it). Ive done the flight before so I know I'm going to need a stop over, we're stopping over in Hong Kong. we arrive in London at 5pm on the 13th. when do you guys get in? It's such a relief to know some people that will be in London, such a big city (in comparison to Adelaide)
