Hi!

Is anyone else out there thinking of doing this tour in winter?
I'm looking at going on the end of January one finishing feb9th.
I hope that it gets enough people to run - that's what I worry about
most with the off-peak tours.  But this is the only time that fits
in with my studies.  I think it would be so beautiful to see
Europe in winter - especially Prague.  Ahh, dreamy.  Anyways,
hope I'm not the only one.

By the way, I am a 25 year old female from Australia.

I'm a 19 year old female from South Australia. I'm going on this tour during winter, but I'm going on 12th February to 2nd March. I cant wait to see snow, and to visit the Eiffel Tower and Leaning Tour of Pisa.

Yeah me too. I'm looking forward to going, but at the same time I really don't want it to be cancelled. That's why I got the gold seal thing so at least I get money back.

Yay! Two other people for Jan the 8th and there's still over six months to go, so hopefully by then there'll be enough for it to run.
I still haven't booked yet, sort of still umming and ahing over it. Its possible I'll be on my own, but I might still be able to drag someone with me. I'm so excited, I keep forgetting I've still got another six months and finishing uni to get through first!

Hey, great to see other people are looking at travelling at this
time.  I still don't know what departure date I can do yet, but I
would rather do the Jan 8th departure than the Jan 22nd, which I was
originally looking at.  It depends if I have exams.  I wont
know for another couple of months though, so we'll see.

I'm actually studying in Sweden next semester (not long to go now!) and
plan to go on this tour when my studies there have finished, so I am
very excited at the moment.

It looks like a few people are intersted in the tour, so thats good, means its less likely it will get cancelled.

Hi everyone, my travel agent said that there's 'limited seats' for the jan 8 tour, so hopefully that means it should run!

Just wondering if there's anyone on the jan 22 tour? I was think about putting it off for a couple of weeks, because I think the air-fares drop mid jan (in Australia) anyway.

Also is anyone staying on in Paris (on either tour)? Instead of heading back to London on the final day. I definitely think I need more than one full day in Paris!!!

Hello!  My boyfriend and I are booked on Jan 22nd tour :-)  This will be my fourth Contiki trip - I have done the Winter Wanderer and the Ski Trip before and will be going Skiing again the week before this tour.  Can't wait!!!

The airfares are lower from Australia on most airlines from 16th January.

We are staying in Paris at the end of our trip (not catching bus back to London) and more time in Paris is a great idea (I have been there a few times before)  The last day on the bus you don't really do anything except for stop at the war memorial.  Most of the day is spent travelling to Calais then ferry to Dover and then back to London.  Some airlines will let you fly in and out of different cities for the same price eg Fly into London and Leave from Paris - we are doing that and the airfare was actually cheaper because departure tax from Paris is less than Heathrow.

Anyone else going Jan 22?? Email me at clarissajane24@hotmail.com

Ciao

Hi everyone,

I booked myself on the 8 Jan tour - I'll be going solo, so everyone be nice! Is anyone staying on in Paris on this tour???

The tour price has gone up sometime in the last couple of weeks - not happy Contiki!!!

I would have really liked to have put it off and gone on the Jan 22 tour, but it was just going to be too close to starting my grad job.

Now to just count down the days - so exciting!
