Hey, just lookin to get in touch with some of you who are taking this early spring tour. I just got everything confirmed and paid for so all I have to do now is wait!

Hey Brett, funny how this is the very first of the the European Inspiration tours yet the message board isn't as active as other travel dates. Anyways, I'm all set to take off from Virginia.

Hey, Yeah I was starting to wonder if aybody else was gonna be on this tour.
Anyway, what are you doing for luggage? I can't figure out wether I should get a suitcase or a backpack, and on top of that I'm not sure what size to buy. Just kind of wondering wether I can get by with somthing smaller than the max size allowed. when do ya leave for London? Later Brett |

i won't worry about the luggage. i asked and they said they have laundry service. drop it off when checking into hotel and get it back before checking out. not all hotels have this service i assume. in any case, i'm taking a less than max size luggage. my itinerary is i take off from va on 04/12 and get there on the 13th, 7am. orientation is on the 13th and i may check out downtown london if possible. i booked 1 pre trip and 1 post trip rooms too. i suppose people don't know about the message board or they want to do a cold turkey and meet people at the orientation. as long as the trip happens i'm good. i get my information from a buddy of mine who went two years ago and he guarantees it.

I've been lurking around and decided it was time to post a message. I'm going on the tour with my wife Yas. We did a tour back in 99 and had an absoloute blast. We're heading off from Australia to the States next week and then on to the UK from there. Look forward to meeting you. |

Hey Hey Everyone! I am still wondering why no one has posted. I looked at my itinerary 3 times to check the dates wondering if I had them wrong in my head! But in fact I am meeting up with the tour after a couple days in London and leaving Paris on the 4th of May for a couple extra days in that fine city too. My name is Danielle and I am a Canadian girl from Toronto travelling alone and excited to meet some new and exciting people. I just finished school and decided to blow off some steam before I start my career as a nurse.

Hey Danielle. I believe this thread is for last year's April 13 trip. I started a thread for this year's April 12 (leave London April 14) trip here: http://connect.contiki.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/153105522/m/528102472 It's been kind of lonely in there, so feel free to join/start the discussion. Maybe some other lurkers will show up as time is winding down. I am also from Canada (Calgary), and I'm also doing a couple of extra days in London before the trip and a few after in Paris. I leave Calgary on April 9, arriving in London early on the 10th (just a little over 2 weeks). So far, the only people I've heard from are Canadians, so the bus is looking like a Canuck-fest. |
