I am looking at booking into the European Inspiration Tour which departs London on 24 June 2006. Has anyone else booked this one?

me and my friend are choosing between 2 trips and this is one of them, probably looking at the June 24th date as well.  it looks like a lot of fun.  my only worry is that people say hotel tours are not as fun and people usually stick to themselves.  i hope this isn't true!

Yes, I heard that too, but I will be travelling alone so I will be more than happy to spend time and get to know other people! I also chose the hotel one because I would prefer the luxury of a decent bed in a hotel rather than staying in a cabin!

So I will be on this tour alone. Hope this influences you to pick this tour )

alright, just out of curiosity, since this is my biggest issue, how much money do you plan to budget for spending?  i keep hearing different numbers from different people and I have no clue!!

As for the budgeting question, my sister took a tour similar to this about 4 years ago and said 1000$ was good enough for her.

alright, so me and my friend have decided that we are for sure going on this tour on the 24th!!  so we'll see you all there.  and since we all know the assumptions about hotel tours not being as fun, we're gonna have to break all those assumptions and be the best tour group ever!! lol

anyways, juan, the $1000 that your sister spent, is that Canadian or Euro??

Well i missed out on the 27th of May, so i have booked the 10th of June... so if any of you are looking around that time let me know!! Because i have a world trip, it is a bit hard to just change the dates, as i cannot keep extending it.
