I'm an Aussie also departing on this trip - sooo excited. I'm travelling with my husband. A friend of mine is also coming along. My hubby and I are 26 & 27 and my friend is 30. Once in a lifetime thing for us and can't wait!!!

I'm glad to hear others are going on this trip too. I booked very early, but have had it planned for a while. I'm soooo excited! I don't want to wait until Nov haha.

I can't wait until November either but it will be here before we know it! Are you just going on Contiki or do you have other travel planned??

I am spending a week in South Asia with a friend, then heading over to London to start our tour. That's it for this year haha. I'm spending the night before the tour at the Royal National, then 3 nights after the tour there as well. I have a friend thinking of coming too. How about you, do you have any other travel plans?

I'm going too.. i'm from melb will be 24 by then. I may be travelling alone or with 2 other good mates of mine ( one is living in london for 2 yrs and mite come with us) another is looking for a travelling buddy so if it works out she will be coming along too.. WOW so excited i've been meaning to do something like this for so long!!

We have got a bit before planned, doing Barcelona, Amalfi Coast & Athens before tour. We are also staying at the Royal National the night before and 4 nights after and then off to Dublin for an Irish Christmas! Then we are stopping in Dubai for some serious shopping before we go home. Paid deposits and plane tickets today - can't wait!!!

Yay more people haha. I'm 21 in Nov, my friend will be 20. So many people from Australia, it will be so much fun. Anyone know anything about spending money or travelex cards, is that even what they're called?

my best friend is going on contiki in june so i can let everyone knows what she spends and stuff like that when i find out hehe... but by the looks of it people are saying to have agreat time aim at 100 euros a day... ooo YAY how exciting.. where abouts in aus are you from guys?

I'll be 20 (from Wollongong) at the time, travelling alone (never been out of the country either) so wat an awesome experience this should be! Let’s hope the tour fills right up and gets a good mix of people. Can't wait to party in Germany/Italy (we'll be in Florence on a Sat night!)

Also where are people staying before the tour you all staying Royal National? I was thinking staying there a few nights but then my friend said i'd prob have some fun in hostels to so might do both to mix it up a bit, what are others doing?
