Hi everyone

I am a 27 year old Australian girl and I am thinking of doing the European Inspiration tour departing on the 5th August 2006 (this has been marked as a guaranteed departure).  Is anyone else thinking of doing this tour?  I will be travelling by myself and would like to know if people will be on this tour.  I have done a Contiki tour before but with a friend.  This time I will be going by myself and am a little nervous.

I have never toured anywhere before except the United states on my own of course but i wanted to take this tour in june or july. I am a third grade teacher, 24 years old, and my school starts back in august. How did you like the tour you went on with your friend? Was it a good experience?

Hello...24 year old from the US.  I am almost positive that I will be booking this trip.  I was orignially going to go on the Explorer but I can't come up with the $ in time. Sucks!  Anyway, this one should be a great experience and I look forward to meeting you guys!

I'm a 22-year-old music teacher from the United States, and I just booked the August 3rd, 2006 departure for the Inspiration tour.  I'm so excited!  Maybe they filled up the Aug 5th tour, because I didn't see it listed when I booked.  I'm traveling alone too, and I'd love to chat with some people before going.  Talk to everyone soon!

Well, let me clarify a bit.  I'm departing from the US on Aug. 3rd, and the tour departs on Aug. 5th.  So, if you guys have definitely booked the Aug. 5th tour, let me know!  Post here and I'll send you my email address.  It would be great to meet some other people on this tour before we leave.

I am a 29 year old Kiwi and both myself and a friend (she's 30) have booked this trip for 5th August.  We have never done a Contiki before, in fact never been to Europe before so we are really looking forward to it!!!!

I've booked the tour to depart on the 5th Aug from London but i just need to pay off the balance. I cant see that tour date listed on the site anymore so i take it that its fully booked now. Haven't seen many posts for a while so if anyone wants to give me a shout out go ahead, i'm curious about our bunch of fellow party goers!

Heya Kate,

I'm all paid up a week ago and now waiting to receive my docs. Yep i'm going solo. Was going with a friend but she decided to go work in London 2 months ago to see Europe that way.

This is my first Contiki so i'm looking forward to it. Also my first time doing Europe. I have been to Heathrow airport but onroute to NY from Johannesburg, i didn't leave the airport! How about you, are you travelling solo too?
