Contiki offers a limited variety of tours in the winter and I don't believe Scotland and Ireland are included.

Maybe try Shamrock tours or Paddywagon tours.

I did a Haggis tour in Scotland and LOVED it! Could not recommend it more!!!
They are part of Busabout and do 3-7 day tours. They also have Shamrocker that tour Ireland, but I haven't done that one. I went with PaddyWagon, who were great, but a bit disorganised (especially compared to Contiki)
Hope this helps

I'm doing a Paddywagon tour in April/May 2010 cos I want to see all of Ireland. I chose them over the Shamrock tours as Paddywagon offers accommodation in its price where as Shamrock doesnt and you have to book ahead. Therefore you might not be stayin at the same place as teh rest of your tour mates Smiler
