How do I change my ID from explorer # to my own identity? I have my own identity

1) Login
2) Click on "Edit Profile"
3) Enter your new name that you would like others to see under "Choose Your Display Name!"

this may sound silly but when i click to view a profile nothing about them comes up, how do i view?

That functionality is currently not possible since there is no link to go from the messageboard profile back to the Contiki profile.
They are different profile environments.
