I'm going to my travel agent in about three hours to pay for my trip for the 29th! I am sooo excited!
It's funny, my family and friends are happy and excited for me - but it's refreshing to go on to this site and be able to share your enthusiasm with people who understand. We're all in the same boat here!
I'm travelling solo, and Krysta, I live in Perth too! How small is the world? We live in the same area, and we're jetsetting to the same place at the same time! Crazy

Elsie, I think u meant that u and melly live in pearth...hehe I live in wellington NZ. BUT some of my family live in peath so yes it is a small world.....A quick question.....Are you guuys planning on staying in europe/england after the tour to live/work? we are thinking of doing it.

Any way i'm about to book my flights, were gonna go via hong kong getting really excited I'm in saver mode tho so i'm POOR but oh well all to a good cause.

My best friend Kim and I have just booked for this contiki too. We are so excited, counting down already!! planning to work and live in London for at least six months after the tour.

And like you Krysta we are going via Hong Kong, leave NZ 23rd June

Ahhhh I'm getting so excited, even by just chatting to a few people I'll be meeting on the tour! We're going to have such a ball!! I know what you mean, Elise, when you say it's refreshing to talk to people who are actually doing the tours! Where abouts in Perth are you? We're getting a flight from Perth to Singapore then on to London. Can't wait!!!!

So how old is everyone? Me and my two friends are all 22, actually I'll be 23 by the time we leave for the tour and my best friend, Bec, is actually celebrating her birthday on the very last day of the tour! Have to do something big for her

Im from Ballarat and Nicole is from Melton in Victoria. We are staying at the Royal National the night before and after the tour, but we will be in London for a week before the tour starts, then staying on in UK/Europe for about two months.

It's funny really, some part of me felt that paying for my trip and having everything sorted out would help me with that sick feeling of excitement. It didn't help at all - it just made it all the more real to me!

I love knowing that in a couple of months I'm going to be experiencing the magic of Europe. Is it hitting anyone just yet that we are all going THIS year?!

I'm so happy to have the opportunity to speak to you all as well, you all sound really great and I suspect we are going to have a bus-load of fantastic people to travel and party with!

I'm from north of Perth, around the Joondalup area, and I'm also doing the Singapore Stopover. I'm hanging around there for a couple of days to soak it all in and then I'm touring around the UK on a bunch of tours that explore Stonehenge and Glastonbury and Edinburgh, etc. So i'll be in the UK awhile before we take off!

I'm also staying in the Royal National the night before and after, so when the dates get closer we should all definately arrange to meet that night for a beer!

yes it has def sunk in that i'm going to europe this year i CAN't wait!!

i remember reading on the royal national website that they have a meeting at 6pm the night before the tour departs where everyone can meet eachother and they give us an overview of what we'll be doing etc so we should def all go out for a drink after that!
