Anyways - hello. I'm Jenna, 21yo from Australia.
I am travelling solo!  I'll be in London the day before the tour starts and I'll be spending 5 days in London after the tour finishes before flying to New York to start a Contiki in America.

Make yourselves known, it's be nice to know some other people on tour.

Not being one of the guaranteed departures, did they tell you that it looked like filling up, or was it too early to say when you booked it?

I am keen to do the one that leaves a few days earlier on the 13th

I see its been a while since anyone posted regarding this tour!

Originally me and a mate were booked on the Adventurer tour leaving 13th June, but apparently that tour isn't going ahead so we have jumped ship and joined this one! 

No doubt all you travellers out there are counting down the days, not too long to wait now!

Flying Cathay arriving in London early in the morning on the 14th. Will probably stay at the Royal National beforehand, is that what you guys are doing?

I arrive in London on the morning of the 15th. With Singapore Airlines.
I'll probably stay at the hotel that night before the tour leaves on the 16th!

Looks like I'm the oldie here, 25 y o from Australia. I've booked this tour too. Thought about staying at the Royal National hotel, but heard about a backpackers a couple of blocks away - The Generator. Anyone heard anything bout this place? I arrive in London 4 days earlier - i think on the 12th if anyone wants to meet up before the tour?

Not far behind you Sara, I hit the big 2-5 in July.

I booked this tour with Millsy some while ago and I can't wait for it all to start. It will be a bit different to WA thats for sure.

Were origanally booked for the 13th like some of you others but now find ourselves booked for the 16th.

It's good to see that there are a few numbers starting to add up for this tour and no doubt its going to be full of fun times.

Sara, im also planning to stay at the generator, i arrive on the 4th June,  and will prob head up to scotland for a few days,but plan on staying at there from the 10th Onwards!

Im not that far behind you guys, just turned 24, so look's like we've got a pretty even age group, are we all aussie's????????

im so excited, i have a few friends leaving in the next few months to do contiki's so were all planing together!! it's just started to cool down in tassie, so im looking forward to having another summer!!!!

Alright all you Aussies, how bout having a Canadian on board with you. My name is Cam, 23 (turning 24 during the tour) from Vancouver and I am on this trip as well, travelling solo. This is my first tour with Contiki and first time being outside North America so I am really looking forward to it and meeting everyone.  Is anyone planning on travelling more after the trip ends?? I have another 2.5 weeks of travelling time after the tour ends before returning back to Canada so just planning on playing it by ear at this point. Im coming to London a week before the tour and staying with a friend there but may stay the night before at the Contiki hotel that some of you were mentioning. Well, if anyone out there on this trip wishes to write back go ahead and here's to only a few more months.

Cam great to have you on board! Canada's definitely on my list of places to go, would love to hit the slopes there in Winter. Will be great travelling with what looks like lots of fellow aussies, but it'll be even better to have some variety!

With your 2.5 weeks after the tour do you plan to go back and spend more time in favourite places, or discover some other places? Unfortunately I'll be heading off pretty much straight after the tour ends.

By the way I stumbled across an unofficial contiki website. It's got heaps of handy info and tips from past travellers... and the best thing is it's alot faster than this site!!
