Auzzie - shopping in Melbourne and Sydney are awsome. Weather in Cairns and Brisbane are wicked - and obviously you have the theme parks on the Gold coast.

From what I have seen of the photos, Australia and New Zealand look absolutely beautiful! So hopefully I will get to go there next December when it is freezing in Canada :-). I have the travel bug as well-- hopefully the Euro Adventurer trip will help with that, or it might make me want to travel even more-- going to Central America would be fantastic as well! Where abouts are you going? I'm hoping to go there in about 3 or 4 years after Europe/Australia/New Zealand.

Hey Suz, if you come in December, at least it'll be during our summer too! No where in particular in Central America that I want to go to... but the original idea was to get a bit of culture shock without too much cost

Hey Nat, What school did you go to in Auckland? I went to Birkdale intermediate, Westlake girls for a year and a half before finishing at Birkenhead College. At Auckland Uni atm. Ireland would be awsome! When and how long are you going for?

Bit worried about the spending money - I'm going away for 2months and I was hoping to get by on 5grand, but it looks pretty doubtful from what I've been reading.. 8,9,10?? (Eek).

hey lauren. I went to Rangeview Intermediate and Kelston Girls High, then Massey University in Palmerston North.

Im thinking maybe a week in Ireland. I really don't know. Wouldn't mind Scotland too.. I just figure I've gone all that way so might as well.. Are you staying on a bit after the trip? I have about a month or so afterwards. Is the 5 grand of spending just for during the contiki?? Starting to freak out a little ..

ps. when do you leave for london? Cause i'm going home to visit my parents before I go so leaving Auckland - London on the 1st of July
