My friend Jade and I are booked for this tour too!  We're both 22 and from Melbourne.  So excited and can't wait to get there!!!

We're hopefully going for about 8 weeks too, prob travelling around England, Scotland or maybe Ireland before the tour (we haven't worked everything out yet).  We'll be staying at the Royal National the night before the tour. 

What are your guys plans? You travelling before or after the tour?

Great to get your reply - we are from Palmy North in NZ.  I am 25 and Stevo is 24 .  Stevo and I are going to Singapore on the way for a few nights and then we will be staying with some friends just outside of London (sumwhere?? not quite sure where).  We will also be at the Royal National the night before the tour and the night it ends.  Have a couple more nights in London.  Then we will be off to LA on da way home.

Would of liked to have been away for even could only wrangle that much time off work.

Sounds like u guys have an awesome round the world trip planned! And you get to break up the long 22+ hour flight from this side of the world.

We're having the same problems trying to get extra time off work and everything, but hopefully it will all be sorted out in a week or 2.

I am overnighting in Seoul on the way over - was the cheapest flight I could find!!  And I'm also staying at the Royal National the night before and after the tour.  Still have a few things to organise, but it's not long to go now!

And I'm travelling by myself, which is a little scary, but I wouldn't be too worried about it.  Did a 2-week tour of NZ by myself about 18 months ago and it was awesome!  Most fun ever!  I'm more stuck on what to pack..... : )

Me and Jade have finally organised our pre-contiki travel.  We're now going to Prague and Berlin, but we'll be back in London and staying at the Royal National on the 3rd.  I think we have a "tour meeting" there that night, so if any1 wants to go out for a few drinks after just let us know.

 I cant believe how soon this trip is..only 30 days away now! Thx for the packing tips Alicia..i need all the help i can get with that.. & I'd definitely like to go for drinks after our meeting!

 Is anybody going to be at the Royal National on the afternoon of the 3rd? My plane lands at Heathrow around 11 & then I'm going to the hotel..Let me know & we can meet up that afternoon before the meeting!
