Its good to hear from other people who will be on the same tour cos I am going alone, none of my friends could come up with the money... so this will be my first time out of the country and first time at travelling by myself.
 
I am 22 turning 23 in July. I am from a small town on the tip of North West Tasmania. So I can't wait to be in Europe, it will be freezing here by then.

Will you guys be spending time in London before the tour starts?

Unfortunetly, no we're not. We fly up on the 4th, staying at Singapore that night then continuing on the next day (5th) to arrive in London at 6:45 am on the 6th...the day b4 we start the tour. My sister is the godmother of a baby that is suppose 2 be born around the 3rd...which is y we r arriving so late.    but we r staying 3 days in London after the tour because we'll be doing another contiki tour...the 15 day Great Britain and Southern Ireland tour ...i see from your departure date u'll b going up earlier tho.

I'm going on the Scandanavia tour first which starts on the 13th of June.
I fly into London on the 4th of July and spend three nights at the Royal National, probably to sleep and recover from the first tour. I leave for Tassie the day after the tour finishes. Now all I have to do is save plently of $$$. Its harder than I thought........

i know! its so hard to save heaps. i got 2 jobs to try n save as much as possible.

I'm also doing the Ireland Part of the GB & SI trip, but i'm starting that on the 1st June, so i'd be able to tell you guys all about that part of the tour!
I arrive in London on the 5th July and I am there for 4 days afterwards - doing the Check out London Package, and fly out to come back home on the 16th Aug!

Can't wait to hear your thoughts on the Ireland tour. Hope its good. So excited. lol.

I think by the time we all actually meet, we'll all know each quite good by then. lol. We'll be ahead of the other people on our tour who aren't using this.

I'm taking a suitcase. i have been doing a ton of reading about the advantages/disadvantages and to me it seems like the suitcase was the better choice.... i have already got it, it's slightly smaller than the suitcase requirements, mainly because i have read that the scandinavian tours require a smaller size suitcase...so i should be well under for the Euro Adventurer T our

Hey there!  I'm Greg.  I am planning on signing up for this trip as soon as I get paid this week.  I will be going alone though, as a gift to myself for getting out of a long relationship.  I need me time, hahaha.  I am glad I am not the only one going solo.

From what i've read about contiki it looks like atleast half of the people that tour with them go solo, which is a relief because I've never travelled by myself. Let me know if you book the tour!!
