I'm doing the learn to dive on Sept 11. anyone else gonna be there? Or has anyone been there and have suggestions?

wish I was going on your tour ... but nada ..nada moolah.

But I do have a suggestion - read up as much as you can on it before the tour to familiarize yourself with the terms and concepts and will understand what the instructor is saying.

I am starting my PADI/SSI course next weekend, but I hope to have gone thru the Open Water Diver training manual and watch the training DVD as well.

I know I can afford to fail on a college/university exam, but if I screw up diving ... that could have severe consequences.
