                i'm from the mid north coast i live in a beautiful little beach town a little south of coffs harbour, called scotts head. i have been living here for about thre years before that i lived down near wollongong.
    about three months ago i just got this sudden eurge to go over seas. i am sooo excited i can't believe i am actually going! it is going to be so much fun. so what part of sydney are you from? are you planning on doing anything else when you go over?

I'm planning on moving to london with some of my cousins, hopefully i won't get too homesick and stick around for at least 6 months and from there i will just do a few little trips if i can save the money. i want to chck out ireland, i have relo's there,and hopefully greece and rome.

I was thinking of living in London for a while.. but im not sure if i would like it.. so my plan is to check it out and then maybe if i like it.. i'll think about doing it next year. I can't wait for this tour!!!

Did u choose the triple share option? or u getting a single room?

i was going to do the same thing and check out london first but i'm just at that point where i really need a change and halfway round the world sounds good to me! lol.

yeah i chose the triple share it was heaps cheaper and i dont relly want to be a loner sitting in my own room. which one did you chose?
how much spending money are you thinking of taking? i know that all of the optional extras are around $850 AUD.

I too need a change.. considering i have just become single (not my choice) :-( sad but its for the best.. all things happen for a reason i guess!! good timing i say.. now i can go overseas single!! I dunno if i would like london... i love the sun and going to the beach. Wet weather sorta makes me depressed.. so i'm not particularly sure about living in london. I heard Spain is going to have the working/holiday visa thing soon.. so im hanging out for that.

Im worried i wont have enough.. hopefully $4K is enough.. how much are u taking? this was sorta a last minute decision so i don't have much money saved up but i'm so desperate to go.. that i don't really care if i have to budget. No more buying lunch.. and wasting my money on all those pub meals for the next few months :-)

$850AUD converts to about 550 something EURO.. thats not bad eh? are u doing all the optional tours? looking forward to whitewater rafting in austria..

i was only thinking about taking around $3K. i have been checking out what other people on this site think about money, and they say around $100AUD a day and then the optional extras. i am saving like a mad person at the moment. at least 90% of my pay is going on this trip.

yeah i think the reason i decided to go over was cause i broke up with my boyfriend a few months ago, we both live in a small town and if thats not bad enough i work with him!! AHH. i need to escape.

well more about me... i am 19 years old, i love to party, i work in a pub, i just finished my fine arts course last year and i couldn't think of anything else better to do this year than go over to europe.

i think spain is a pretty good idea, one f my friend did the england thing last year and has now decided to go to live and work in spain. she is going over in august.

How funny.. my bf and i used to work together as well... thats how we met and became bestfriends for 3yrs and then decided to date. That went on for 1.5yrs until almost 2 weeks ago (wow its been 2wks already). I know how it feels working with them.. everyone sticking their nose where it doesn't belong. We're still good friends though. I have my odd moments though.. ups and downs.. so i am looking forward to going away. I'm glad i'm not going straight away.. cos then it would be like running away from the situation right?.. so im giving myself time to get over him and then im ready for whatever life has to offer me (esp half way across the globe)... BRING IT ON!!!

Well i was born in sri lanka and have been in australia for 19yrs. I'm 25yrs old but people say i look and act 18 though :-) I love going out.. esp after work. My work is surrounded by pubs!!!!! I can't escape them.. they seem to have this luring effect on me :-) .. i may be 25 but i'm still young at heart :-D

I have a degree in Environmental Science but im working in the Arts. Im a visual artist with a special interest in photography and events planning. I want to be an events manager one day!

Dont worry.. i'm saving like crazy and im pretty sure i can only take abt $3K as well.. i have my credit card but i don't want to rely on that too much :-)

hey girls im heading on the same tour but later date the 29th of jun there will be 5 of us going 4 of which are single guys!! lol

it finishes on jul 16 but we are heading to rome stright after to spend 2 weeks there then off to mykonos till the 30 th to the 4th
