hi, my name is tricia. i was just wondering if anyone has done this tour and could give me some feedback. i just returned yesterday from the italian espresso tour, and wasn't so pleased w/ it. it was my second tour w/ contiki, i did the greek island hopping 2 summers ago and had a blast! this tour was a bit different. the hotels were so far from the city centers and everything was rushed, plus very long bus drives.so i was just wondering if these hotels are in good locations?thanks!

I haven't been on the tour, but I've seen a couple reviews...I've heard that some of the hotels (especially the one in Paris) are outside of the cities but that if they are, they're all very close to the Metro or whatever, so it's not hard to get into the city from them. I had heard that some of Contiki's hotels, especially the one they use in Rome, are so far out that it's ridiculous, but supposedly that is not so for this tour.
