I just got my itiniery in the mail today. I noticed that Contiki has changed my flight without even notifying me. My boyfriend and I actually paid more for our flight to get the flights that we wanted. Anyone else have this problem? Also I was told 2 weeks ago that the hotel in Barcelona was the Park Putxet. My boyfriend and I are staying an extra day in Barcelona and were just going to stay in the same hotel. Thank God we didn't book the place yet because it's not been changed to Abba Gardens. Which, by the way, isn't even in Barcelona, it's outside of Barcelona. The closest metro is a mile away. How does Contiki expect us to get in and out of the city? From my understanding, if we choose to go out at night, we find our own way back to the hotel. I'm just kind of annoyed how inconvenient Contiki is being.

ya that happens all the time. on my last contiki trip no one told me that my flights changed until the day before. and with the hotels ya contiki always gets the hotels that r so far away and in the ghetto!!! in paris if u stay at the ibis u r far away from everything, and i have never been asked so many times if i wanted to buy drugs around that hotel. lol.. but you will be fine! just keep the people u know close to u and never leave your stuff alone and nothing in your back pockets, and when u leave the room make sure you lock up your stuff cuz the maids love to steal things
