Ah that's great, u guys must be so excited! I'm traveling from Australia, it's not my first trip but I've never done Contiki or Europe before. Will you be staying in London long before the tour starts?
Hi! I'm really thinking of doing this tour and will be traveling solo. the arrival at london kinda worries me tho(i'm bad at navigating), which airport will u guys be arrival at?
flying into heathrow, iv looked it up online and to get from the airport to Royal national (the contiki hotel) is really easy, its right next to russle square station... even if your staying at a different hotel its quite easy, its all colour coded and marked out well....
Im landing at Heathrow too. I'm also traveling solo, but yea it looks pretty easy to navigate if you use the tube. There is a station right near the hotel that Contiki departs from. If you are really nervous about it, organise hotel transfers. the hotel will send a private ride out to pick you up at the airport. In my experience, you can spend a huge amount of time trying to find them in an unfamiliar airport, and they can be a bit pricey too!
