now that sounds like a nice final leg to the trip, I'd love to do Oktoberfest not enough days off work or $$$$...BTW LA is great was there not too long ago still remember layin out on the beach day and night compared to NY beaches
Ya it is a rough life here on the west coast. Beaches and surfing during the day AMAZING nightlife and all the action sports there is!!!! The Oktoberfest trip should be INSANE
Hey! Me and my 3 friends are going too! We're leaving from LAX on the 12th though. Were staying extra nights in London but we can't decide where in London to stay, any advise?
I am just rocking the Royal Nattie to be on the safer side. I figure I have a better chance of making the bus the next morning if it right out side. One extra day was only 65$ for a 3 bed split, not that I am planning on beig there all that much
ye I think thats the best bet...i'm doing the same just sticking with what they give us in Paris for the extra night, its not that expensive to it works...

How do you all know where you are staying? We get into London at around 3:00 on the 13th, but I have no idea where we are crashing, do they send you all the info in the mail?
I'll probably land @ heathrow @ 7am on the 13th. I'm also hoping to do a little wondering around of my own. I'm a bit nervous about travelling from the airport to the hotel on my own though!!
are you on AirIndia by any chance because thats around the same time me and a buddy of mine are getting into London...never been to London but from what I understand the tube is supposed to take us pretty much to the hotel...
No. I'm actually on Qatar Airlines.Yes, I'm also using the tube, so that eases my mind a little. But still the thought of being in a strange city carrying my luggage.....!Anyway, have you been on other contiki tours before?
I have, I went to their Mikonos resort a few years back and then went to Athens outside of Contiko after. It was good just stayed at the resort for too long. But a few friends just went with Contiki to Italy and loved it.
